My 2nd time breastfeeding, I was sure I knew everything. However, baby #2 was a completely different eater than baby #1. I remember sending Jonelle desperate photos asking, "what's wrong with this latch?! Why does this still hurt?!" Jonelle listened to my concerns, never made me feel rushed, and offered advice in such a compassionate, non-judgemental way. Nursing can be so tough, having someone like Jonelle in your corner is SO important for a new mom. She is absolutely wonderful at her job!
